A Brief
History of Joseph Szeiler
Collectors of Wade will no doubt come across these pieces in
their travels and the figures have started to be collected in their own right.
I know from reading 'World of Wade, Bk.2', page 33, by Warner
and Posgay, he introduced Paul Zalman, a Hungarian refugee, to Anthony Wade in
early 1957. There is a similarity to early Wade animal miniature figures, see
W.of W.Bk1 page 24.
If any one has any more information about Joseph Szeiler, who founded
Studio Szeiler, Burslem, or any
pictures you would like included, with your reference of course, please e.mail
us. We would like to include it on these page. CLICK below for listings to
